All items are provided as is. Please inspect and note any defects before borrowing.
We reserve the right to limit quantities of an item borrowed based on anticipated (high) demand.
Responsibility for safe use of equipment rests with the borrower. If you need instruction for how to use any of the equipment, please ask staff for assistance. Call 519-741-6911 for service if you don't see anyone around.
Equipment should be returned in the same condition in which it was borrowed. Items not returned will be billed at replacement value to the credit card on file.
We recognize that items will wear out over time through normal day to day use, and we check every item upon return to verify that the condition is still accurately described in the listing. If the quality of an item is downgraded significantly after use (i.e. more than one point), we reserve the right to bill for replacement of the item to the credit card on file.
